Jasmine Tookes is happy and hence shared the joyous news with her Instagram fans. She had a recent engagement last week. Her new fiance is Juan David Borrero. The Victoria’s Secret Angel announced the news of her engagement on her Instagram to her 4.1 million fans. She wrote:

“Si, mi amor! We’re engaged!!!”

Jasmine uploaded a photo of Juan holding her hand that has the giant engagement ring on it. Juan who works with Snapchat gifted Jasmine with the giant rock designed and created by Ritani. The company released a statement providing more details about the engagement ring that Juan purchased from them for Jasmine. They wrote:

“The ring features a 7-carat oval-cut diamond set in 18kt yellow gold. The ring features a hidden halo with diamond-embellished prongs. Platinum prongs were chosen for extra security. The ring is valued at over $250,0000.”

The relationship between Jasmine and Juan

The model, Jasmine, 27 hails from Huntington Beach in California. She is African American and her parents are Cary Robinson and Sean Tookes. Cary is a celebrity fashion stylist. And Jasmine is modeling since the age of 15.

While Juan is a director of international markets at Snapchat. The two had met first at The Rose Café in Venice, California. They began dating in the year 2016 and the courtship period was a smooth one. They have announced their engagement but have not yet revealed any details of their upcoming wedding plans.

We all expect that it will be a lavish affair. But we believe that it will have to wait until the threat of coronavirus is over.

The engagement -the whole details

Juan gave Jasmine a surprise when he proposed to her. He had first taken her to The Rose Café in Venice, California, the place where they first met. Later, they took a plane and reached Page, Arizona. And from here was a helicopter ride to a secluded place. This place was in the middle of the desert rocks in Utah. But the whole area was readied for the couple beforehand.

A dining area was set up at that secluded place just for the two of them. It was romantic dining and after they completed it, Juan took Jasmine to another nearby place where he proposed to her. He used small pebbles to write on the huge rock:

“WYMM!”

This stood for Will You Marry Me? And the answer was obvious and a big YES!
