Jed Wyatt and Ellen Decker are soon to be married.

The Misery singer took to Instagram to announce the good news to his followers on July 17. He shared a heartwarming post with a lengthy caption describing how he proposed to Ellen.

Along with the exciting news, Wyatt also shared a carousel of pictures of the romantic proposal which he planned in an idyllic field at sunset.

One of the photos shows the groom to be smiling and down on one knee while his girlfriend covers her face with her hands in disbelief.

He captioned the post:

“Ellen, you are the greatest joy of my life,”
“We never turn and run on each other, we face life head on and figure it out. We had people doubt us, and we would laugh.”

”We had days where we drove each other nuts, and we would always come back to resolve. We’re rooted in a love deeper than anything I could have ever prayed for.”

This is Wyatt’s second engagement

The Bachelor Nation star previously was engaged to Hannah Brown at the end of season 15 of the show. He also did not hesitate to admit that he had whole different emotions the second time around.

He further wrote:

“Facts are this, I don’t remember what I said down there on one knee, but with the tears flowing, Ellen Decker said yes to me.”
”I get to love you, protect you, support you, and buy you endless amounts of sprinkles. Waking up next to that ring on your hand the past couple days has been one of the happiest feelings I have felt in my life.”

”You deserve it all, Ellen. Without further ado, how perfect is my fiancé.”

Ellen revealed that she had no idea that Jedd had been planning to propose to her just days before her birthday.

She also appreciated the huge, oval-cut engagement ring that her fiance gave her.

She wrote on her Instagram:

“Sobbed the wholeeee time. I’ve dreamt of this man my whole life…I can’t believe it’s you and me forever.”
