Jennifer Lawrence and Cooke Maroney are living a blissful conjugal life. The couple was spotted out and about in New York City on Tuesday, August 22.

The couple strolled hand in hand in Central Park to mark their daytime date. For the outing, the 33-year-old actress opted for a white button-up vest with black trousers and sunglasses. She slung a tote bag over one shoulder as well.

Her husband, on the other hand, wore matching outfits with his wife wearing a white T-shirt and dark pants.

The couple have been married for more than four years. Additionally, they shared a three-year-old son named Cy. They did, however, keep Cy out of the spotlight since his birth.

Jennifer and Cooke kept their son’s birth a secret until Lawrence confirmed it in an interview with Vogue in September 2022. She revealed that the couple had a son named Cy.

They named their kid after the postwar American painter Cy Twombly, who was one of Maroney’s favorite painters.

Cy was not seen with his parents during their Tuesday outing.

The two were last seen together a few months ago on their way to the gym in New York City. The month before they were spotted in New York City on their way to meet a group at the il Bucco Italian restaurant.

Jennifer and Cooke began dating in June 2018 after being introduced to each other by the actress’s best friend, Laura Simpon. In one article, Page Six reported,

“They met through Jen’s friend Laura….The relationship has been going on a few weeks. But they have been very private and careful not to be seen together,”

The two then got engaged in February 2019, less than a year after dating. Similarly, they tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in October of that year.

Lately, Lawrence shared the details of Maroney’s proposal in the June 2023 episode of Amelia Dimoldenberg‘s YouTube series Chicken Shop Date.

She said,

“Terrifying, but very, very exciting, I didn’t say what I wanted to. I imagined it a million times, and then I ended up just going, ‘What? What? What?’ And then going, ‘Thank you, thank you, thank you.’”
