The actress, 33, denied having any work done to her face after social media users accused her of getting filler and a nose job earlier this year.
Instead, she has been working with a makeup artist who over-lines her lips and specializes in contouring.

Jennifer Lawrence denies having plastic surgery on her face

Jennifer Lawrence wants her fans to know that she has her makeup artist to thank for her beautiful features and not a plastic surgeon.

During a chat with Kylie Jenner for Interview magazine, the Hollywood star shut down rumors that she had corrections done to her face. Instead, she gave all the credit for her new look to makeup techniques and time.

The Hunger Games actress joked,

“I also think it’s incredible what makeup can do because I work with Hung [Vanngo], who overlines the lip, and I call him a plastic surgeon, because everybody in the last few months since I’ve been working with him is convinced that I had eye surgery,”

Lawrence added,

“I’m like, ‘I didn’t have eye surgery. I’m doing makeup.’”

The 33-year-old star sparked plastic surgery rumors on the internet after she attended the Dior Fashion Show looking a bit different.

Since then many fans have speculated that she had gotten lip fillers and a nose job. The actress then said that it is completely normal for a person’s face to change as they get older.

Lawrence added,

“I started at 19, so I get the before and after pictures from when I’m 19 to 30 and I’m like, ‘I grew up. I lost baby weight in my face, and my face changed because I’m aging,’”
“Everybody thought I had a nose job, and I’m like, ‘I’ve had the exact same nose. My cheeks got smaller. Thank you for bringing it up.’”

Kylie, who started over-lining her naturally small lips to make them look bigger assured Jennifer that she indeed looked great. The beauty mogul also shared her own experience with people commenting and making assumptions about her looks.

The reality star said,

“I did end up getting lip fillers, but it’s also the same with me,”
“I’ll see before and after photos when I’m 12 years old versus 26 and my eyebrows are filled differently. I have contour on. I’m like,’ How can you compare my 12-year-old face and say I’ve gotten my jaw shaved and eyelids removed?’”

The Kylie Cosmetics owner added,

“I’m like, ‘What are we talking about?’”
