John Legend’s tribute to the females in his life on Mother’s Day

The ten-time Grammy award-winning American singer and songwriter John Legend was not one to be left behind on Mother’ day this year.

Though he is on his ‘Darkness and Light tour’ in Miami, John Legend took to social media to reveal how much he cares for the lovely females in his life.

John Legend has taken his wife Chrissy Teigen and one-year-old daughter Luna Simone Legend along with him for the tour and also removed some time from his busy schedule to take them to the Miami Seaquarium.

On 14^th May 2017, he posted a beautiful picture of Chrissy Teigen carrying Luna Simone and strolling in the garden lawn on his Instagram.

Chrissy’s white long skirt and white top matched that of her daughters. The garden backdrop was also white and pure. He captioned this photo with a very thoughtful and appropriate message.

He wrote:

“Happy Mother’s Day to my wonderful wife. Luna is so fortunate to have a mom that loves her so deeply and brings her so much joy,”

He also posted a message for his mother and Chrissy’s Mother whom he claimed are ‘awesome grandmothers’ to baby Luna. He wanted to honor the women in his life who are part of his family and have greatly aided in raising Luna.

He wrote:

“Happy Mother’s Day to Luna’s awesome grandmothers too!!”

The proud father also uploaded a sweet cute picture of his daughter in a ‘onesie’ with ‘Happy 1^st Mother’s Day! and a heart picture on it. He captioned it as below:

“To my wonderful wife, @chrissyteigen. Luna and I are so lucky to have you in our lives. If our daughter can be even half as awesome as you, I will be so happy and proud. Happy 1st Mother’s Day!”

The Sunday holiday was not completed without a homemade lunch by the couple. They possibly had a heavy brunch and cooked some mother’s day chicken or John Legend’s favorite fried chicken.

The caring husband

The couple shares a very loving and intimate relationship. They never forget to appreciate each other and make romantic gestures whenever there is a chance.
