Josh Piper might be dating one of the most famous faces on earth but that won’t help him in his professional career.

The boxer who has been in a relationship with Madonna, the Queen of Pop for a year is getting more attention to the matchup than most starters making the leap.

The 30-year-old who was supposed to have his first big pro fight next month lost his final amateur bout to Miguel Matias in a unanimous decision on Nov. 5 at the Sweatbox gym in Brooklyn.

News is that the boxer has applied for his pro license, but a medical exam found he has a scratched cornea so the license was denied.

What else does Josh Popper do?

The news of their romance broke on March 1, 2023, but sources claimed that their relationship was just for show.

Friends of the couple said that the unusual romance was simply a way to help Popper gain publicity for his boxing career and that Madge “isn’t looking for love at the moment.”
