Snow-filled Wedding! Josh Radnor revealed he married girlfriend Jordana Jacobs in a New York blizzard

He got married to his girlfriend Jordana Jacobs in early January with an outdoor ceremony amidst a light blizzard.

‘Happy married life!’ Josh Radnor has taken a milestone step in his relationship with his girlfriend Jordana Jacobs.

The “How I Met Your Mother” star, 49, took to Instagram on Saturday, January 20, to share the happy news that he and Jordana got married after almost two years of dating.

The couple walked down the aisle on January 6, in a private ceremony at Cedar Lakes Estate in Hudson Valley, N.Y.

They had a ceremony in a Jewish wedding tradition attended by 164 guests. Similarly, they had an outdoor ceremony amidst a light blizzard in the 20-degree evening air.

Radnor shared a series of photos from the wedding day including the first photo in which the pair shared a passionate kiss at the altar as snow fell around them.

Similarly, the following photos show the couple posing and locking lips with a wintery backdrop. The actor also captioned the post, writing,

“I got married! Two weeks ago. In a *light* blizzard. It was an incredible overwhelming snowy bliss-filled weekend. So grateful to so many people I love for making the trip to @thesistersofcedarlakes to be with us. To @forgedinthenorth for the extraordinary pictures. To @samspector for the extraordinary suits. But most of all to Jordana. I can’t believe my great good fortune that I get to call this extraordinary woman my wife.”

Their wedding was officiated by Jacob Azia, a Universal Life Church minister and friend of the couple. Radnor gushed about his wedding with The New York Times,

“M y first vow is freedom, which also means we are free to stay, or — if this relationship ever evolves in such a way that it is no longer serving our highest good — we are free to go. We know it is choice, not obligation, that makes us want to remain exactly where we are,”

According to the news outlet, the actor teared up when he recited his vows to Jacobs. He pledged,

“I look into the infinity of your green eyes, I know that my not having gotten married until now was not due to some brokenness in me, The truth is, I didn’t get married until now because I was waiting for you.”

A romantic love story of Josh Radnor and Jordana Jacobs?

The newlywed couple began dating in February 2022 after meeting at a sound meditation retreat in upstate New York.

Josh Radnor is a clinical psychologist from Brooklyn with a private practice. She received her degrees from Tufts University and Long Island University in Brooklyn.

The “Hunter ” actor already moved to Brooklyn from Los Angeles before starting filming Hulu’s “Fleishman Is in Trouble.”
