He filed for divorce on 28th July 2021 and the divorce came nine months after their split
They have two children, a daughter Essex and a son Fordham

J.P. Rosenbaum has filed for divorce from ex-wife Ashley Hebert. As per the court documents, he filed for divorce on 28th July 2021. Their divorce news came just nine months after the couple announced their split in October. Herbert wrote in their statement,

“Our differences have taken a toll on our relationship and after years of attempting to repair the damage, we’ve decided that it is in our family’s best interest to create new and separate lives for our children,”

Likewise, Rosenbaum made his post about the split and said,

“I think we’ve both come to realize that we are just two very different people, with very different personalities and perspectives, who just don’t see eye to eye on a lot life fundamentals, those which are the building blocks for a happy and healthy marriage,”

J.P. had proposed to her on the season 7 finale of The Bachelorette in 2011. The couple went on to marry in December 2012. Similarly, they have two children, a daughter Essex and a son Fordham.

Likewise, the couple renewed their vows in the Caribbean in 2018. Even though J.P. and Ashley had split they were maintaining a friendly relationship. They are co-parenting their children together.
