Julia Fox appeared on “The Drew Barrymore Show” Wednesday and dished on her whirlwind relationship with Kanye West.
The actress said her two-month relationship with West was “overwhelming and so unsustainable.”
Fox broke up with West after he gifted her and her friends Birkin bags on her birthday.

Julia Fox does not want another child in her life.

The mother of one who appeared on The Drew Barrymore Show on Wednesday dished on her unsuccessful relationship with Kanye West. She ended up comparing his neediness to that of a child.

The model explained to Barrymore,

“My son has to be first. It just became too much, like I didn’t sign up to have two babies, you know?”

Fox shares her 2-year-old son Valentino with her ex-husband Peter Artemiev. She also explained that she could only date the controversial rapper before it became too much.

“Ultimately I think he needed a full-time person and I just couldn’t be full-time. I had my son and then [Kanye would] wanna talk on the phone a lot,”

The Uncut Gems actress continued,

“Like, I’d have to change diapers and so I bought a pair of AirPods so I could keep it in while I was doing mom stuff. It was just — it was so overwhelming and so unsustainable,”
“I think I just realized very quickly it just wasn’t gonna be sustainable because ultimately I cannot put anybody else first.”

Julia, 33, and West, 46, dated for a few months at the start of 2022. Their brief romance came right after her split from Artemiev whom she was married to from 2018 and 2022.

Fox and the Love Lockdown rapper first sparked dating rumors while they celebrated the New Year together in Miami. The couple could not hide their relationship for long as it was somehow mysteriously leaked.

Julia Fox dropped Kanye West romance secrets in her memoir

Their relationship once again made headlines due to the actress’ bombshell memoir, Down the Drain which came out on October 10.

There she opens up about the beginning texts and phone calls to their first steamy meeting.

During their fling, the controversial rapper presented her with lavish gifts and even offered her a breast augmentation. It later made Fox uneasy as she felt that the Yeezy founder was using her just for a publicity stunt.

It got worse when Fox and her girlfriends received Burking bags for her birthday from Ye and he asked them to pose with their luxurious gifts as he stood in the back “looking on with pride.”

She called it quits the very next day.

At the time, Fox’s reps confirmed that the two went separate ways but “remain good friends and collaborators.”

Outside the memoir, the No Sudden Move star revealed that there weren’t any sexual encounters with the rapper. She said, “It wasn’t really about that,”

She later told the LA Times that West had weaponized her, saying,

“I really understood him on a visceral level … But I learned very quickly that I was being weaponized,”
“I just felt like his little puppet.”
