Katie Price has announced how she came to decide that she is going to hire a prostitute for her disabled son, Harvey.

The former TV personality, Katie Price disclosed she thought to hire a prostitute, particularly for her disabled son when he reaches 18.

According to her opinion, Harvey, her son must be able to experience sex. However, the candid chat was interrupted by technical obstacles.

She reveals that her son has normal sexual urges so the star and her partner Kieran have talked about whether they should hire a professional to allow Harvey to have sex.

However, Price has insisted that it would not happen until Harvey turns 18.

She said that:

“Kieran said: ‘Shall we get him a prostitute when he turns 18?’ I said, ‘But that’s my little Harvey and I don’t want to do that!’
“What do I do? Do I leave it? Or do I let him experience it?”

Katie Price’s son, Harvey suffers from some medical conditions which include autism. Because of this, Katie fears her son may never be able to form a real relationship with a woman.

Harvey is also detected as partially blind and agonizes from a condition known as septic-optic dysplasia, which affects the development of his optic nerve.

It is a rare malformation syndrome that features underdevelopment of the optic nerve. It leads to an absence of a midline part of the brain.

He also has a rare genetic disorder called Prader-Willi syndrome (a condition that is characterized by delayed development and an insatiable appetite).

During Harvey’s age of 15, Katie Price revealed:

“Harvey is 15 now. Naturally at 15 you go through puberty and it’s natural to experiment with yourself.”

In one of the episodes of the UK talk show Loose Women, the model said that her husband, Kieran Hayler, had joked about hiring a prostitute for his 18th birthday. Kieran Hayler is a former soccer player.

Speaking straight to Kathy Lette, Katie Price said:

‘My son Harvey has got autism and he’s now 15 and naturally at 15 you go through puberty and it’s natural to experiment with yourself. I had read what you said you would do.
Your son is high functioning with autism but Harvey is the different end of spectrum, so is it fair for him to experience it (sex)? “We sort of joked about it, and Kieran said, ‘Shall we get him a prostitute for his 18th birthday? For me, that’s my little Harvey and he hasn’t got a clue about those things, but what do you do?
‘Should you bring it on, I don’t know in my situation, what should I do? Do I leave it or should I let him experience it (sex)?’

Kathy answered further:

‘I think you wait and see if he’s angst ridden about it and if it’s an issue for him. And for Jules it really was.’

Jules, Kathy’s son then began talking about his own opinions and experiences. Before he could manage to speak a few words, the show’s sound disappeared and went off-air.

Afterward, it was notified that there were “technical difficulties” and returned to screens after a few minutes.
