She married Pete in an intimate seaside wedding ceremony on 7th May 2019

Kelly McCreary and her husband Pete Chatmon are going to be parents! On 16th August 2021, she announced on Instagram that she was pregnant with her child. In the first picture, she is seen holding a pregnancy test and in the second picture, she is standing with her husband.

Also, she captioned it,

“When being late comes right on time… Surprise! WE’RE HAVING A BABY! Pete and I are thrilled to be growing our family, and to share the news with all of you! Lemme tell you, there’s nothing like finding out by seeing the word spelled out, clear as day, leaving no mystery whatsoever: PREGNANT!”

The pregnant actress gave a shout-out to a nonprofit organization March of Dimes. It is dedicated to protecting the health and safety of mothers and their babies, for their work toward raising awareness for Black maternal and infant health.

Married life of Kelly and Pete Chatmon

Kelly McCreary walked down Pete Chatmon on 7th May 2019 in an intimate seaside wedding ceremony. She wore a form-fitting, sleeveless white gown with a beaded design. Likewise, Pete went for a classic tux but made a twist by pairing it with white sneakers.

The couple met each other on the set of Grey’s Anatomy and dated each other for almost two years before making it to the aisle. Similarly, after getting married to Pete, Kelly announced it on her Instagram writing,

“Married, yo! In our favorite place, surrounded by beloved family and friends, and under the new moon. I am besieged by blessings. I love you, @petechatmon!”
