Kristin Chenoweth and Josh Bryant married after five years of dating

Happy married life! Kristin Chenoweth and Josh Bryant took a milestone step in their relationship.
The award-winning actress, 55, tied the knot to her five years long musician boyfriend Josh Bryant. Kristin gushed about her wedding to PEOPLE,
“I have been a self-proclaimed bachelorette my whole life, I was never going to get married. I even got engaged before and couldn’t do it. Until I met Josh. Then I was like, ‘Why would I ever let this guy go?’ I’m so blessed.”
The pair had two days of extravagant wedding festivities which kicked off on Friday with a rehearsal dinner at Capital Grille and a Baskin-Robbins custom cake dessert.
The wedding ceremony then took place on Saturday, September 2, in a private residence with 140 guests in Dallas, Texas.
During the ceremony, the couple exchanged a form of traditional vows. The couple also wanted to include their Christian belief in the ceremony.

The song “The Prayer,” was performed throughout the ceremony by Marissa Rosen, Crystal Monee Hall, Nikki Kimbrough, and Melinda Doolittle.
Their wedding was officiated by one of their friends. Their dog, Thunder played a special role in the wedding serving as their ring bearer.
Wedding attires
The bride opted for a sheer pink strapless gown from Pamella Roland with a nude overlay and bow embellishment at the back.
Similarly, the bodice of the gown was embroidered with small pearl flowers. Kristin said about her wedding dress,
“I didn’t want to wear white, Simple and elegant. I never thought I’d get married, so I went very nontraditional with the gown. I love it.”
The groom, on the other hand, looked dapper in a gray suit.

Wedding themed
The wedding was planned by Crystal Frasier Weddings. They used a delicate, romantic color palette of white, ivory, creme, soft peach, blush to medium pink, and champagne to adorn the venue.
In addition, they decorated with calla lilies, garden roses, majolica, spray roses, hydrangea, ranunculus, veronica, mums, and various dark seasonal vegetation.
Josh joked about the wedding theme,
“Without having to even ask Kristin, I knew that the theme would probably be pink-oriented in some way,”

Following the ceremony, the “Wicked Margarita” was served to guests as a special drink.
The drink was created in honor of Chenoweth’s performance as Glinda the Good Witch in the Broadway blockbuster musical, as well as the “Bryant Old Fashioned” and “Thundertini” Martini.
As for dinner, provided a “southern comfort”-inspired meal, which included chicken, steak fries, and fried pickles in addition to beef tenderloin, whipped potatoes, and haricot verts.
Additionally, flatbreads and salads were served with pasta along with chicken or meatballs.
The newlyweds cut into their five-tier, buttercream-filled Mexican vanilla bean wedding cake.
