Keke Palmer is accused of harassment by ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson’s brother

Sarunas Jackson, the brother of Keke Palmer‘s ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson, filed a new lawsuit against the actress asking for a restraining order.

In a recent restraining order filing, the actor, 33, alleged Palmer had harassed him and his family after the former couple’s break up in October 2023.

According to a court document obtained by Page Six, dated January 19,

“She has made foul claims that I have sexual abuse claims on me when I do not. I have never done such a thing, She has gone to the media and has used her celebrity to publicly lie on my family and myself, which has resulted in death threats by the public. I have the emails to prove [it]. We have had banging at our door from strangers.”

“She has harassed and stalked my friends and family [sic] social media. She has reached out to people in relation to me to lie on my family.”

In addition, Sarunas claimed that Palmer’s claims have harmed his career.

The Insecure actor is now requesting that Palmer refrain from discussing him and his family in public or private. He concluded the filing with the statement,

“She has lied time and time again and has tried to lure people around me into her web of lies”

Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson have been embroiled in a court battle of their own for months

Palmer filed a restraining order against Darius two months ago, seeking sole custody of their 10-month-old son, Leodis.

The actress alleged that Jackson and emotionally abusive to her on several occasions throughout their two-year relationship.

In the most recent instance, Palmer said that Jackson had “physically attacked” her on November 5 after breaking into her home, pinning her to her couch and throwing her to the ground.

She added that her then-boyfriend had cursed at her in front of their child, and threatened to take a gun to his head if she ended things between them.

Fortunately, she was granted a temporary restraining order against Jackson and gained sole custody of their son. Meanwhile, Darius has no right to visitation.

Palmer’s restraining order was extended by six months during the December 2023 hearing.
