Linkin Park Frontman, Chester Bennington is not any more!! As he allegedly hanged himself on the birthday of his deceased friend Chris Cornell, struggled with drugs and alcoholism and finally gave up.

- It’s been a tough day for the friends and family of Linkin Park lead vocalist Chester Bennington.
- The father of six children was discovered dead at the age of 41, in his home in Palos Verdes, CA around 9 this morning as he apparently commits suicide by hanging.
According to the reports, the rock icon was alone at the home as he was found by an employee. His family was out of town.
He had a rough childhood and was molested and beaten up by bullies. Chester was also sexually abused by his elder friend when he was Seven.
He added,
“It destroyed my self-confidence, “Like most people, I was too afraid to say anything. I didn’t want people to think I was gay or that I was lying. It was a horrible experience.”
Brian Elias, chief of operations for the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner, tells the reports,
“Shortly after 9 AM this morning, we were notified by law enforcement of a death in Palos Verdes Estates,” “We responded to the scene and unfortunately confirmed that Mr. Chester Bennington was deceased at the scene.”

The music world is in total shock as Bennington killed himself on the birthday of his deceased friend Chris Cornell’s birthday, who has also struggled with addictions and later killed himself.
Bennington paid tribute, as he sang in front of the crowd of mourners at Cornell’s funeral back in May. A friend of Bennington explained that Bennington was deeply affected by Cornell’s death.
Chester Bennington and Chris Cornell have also shared the stage together in various concerts.

When the tragic news was firstly published on TMZ, there are many questions regarding the news whether the report is true or not. Later, his friend and co-frontman Mike Shinoda confirmed the news through Twitter stating,

The band paid tribute Chris Bennington by updating their Facebook’s cover and profile photo.
The band has also released a new video before the news came. Soon after that, the fans took social media to express their sorrow with heart-melting posts and photos.
Celebrities including Rihanna, The Chainsmokers, Imagine Dragons posted their condolence on social media after the death of the vocalist.

It was the beginning of 2000 when Linkin Park introduced themselves releasing their debut album Hybrid Theory.
Chester Bennington alongside his band member gave the new taste of music to the world in which rap, metal and electronic music were mixed up.
That also jumped to Number Two on Billboard in 2000 as well as sold more than 10 million copies. Time after time they were proving themselves that they are going to rule the music world with their exceptional thought and abilities.
