Lydia Night is an American musician. Lydia Night is primarily known for being the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of the California punk rock band The Regrettes.

Lydia was born on October 13, 2000, in New Orleans, Louisiana. She belongs of Caucasian ancestry.

Her father Morgan Higby Night is an American writer, director, producer, and DJ. She has a younger brother. Likely her mother’s name is not known.

Lydia was performing from a young age. She used to sing the Ramone’s song Beat on the Brat for the soundcheck at her father’s nightclub in New Orleans when she was just 2 yrs old.

Likewise, she formed for first band LILA when she was 7 and used to perform at various school events.

Lydia professionally started her music career in 2012 when she formed the pop-rock group, Pretty Little Demons. She worked with drummer Marley Murphy for the band.

They released their first debut EP Flowers in 2013. Likewise, the duo changed their name to the “Regrettes” in 2015. Additionally, they released their debut four-track EP It is called Hey!  in October.

Marlhy the drummer subsequently left the band. After that Genessa Gariano, Sage Chavis, and Maxx Morando were hired into the band. No sooner, than the “Regrettes” band released their debut album Feel Your Feelings Fool! on 13 January 2017. After that, they release a follow-up album/EP Attention Seeker a year later.

Then in December Lydia was also featured in Gerard Way’s Christmas song Dasher. Consequently, she then appeared in Morrissey’s cover of Wedding Bell Blues on 8 April 2019. Regerettes released their second studio album How Do You Love? on the 18th of June 2019.

Similarly, the band has also released the singles I Dare You and Poor Boy in the year 2019. They have even been part of the 30-date European arena tour in 2019.
