Meadow Walker made fans shed a tear or two on her late father Paul Walker’s 10th death anniversary.

The model who was only 15 when the Fast & Furious star died shared a special throwback video of him via Instagram on his birthday.

The adorable video showed Meadow sneaking up on her beloved dad and shouting, “Happy birthday!” as he jumped in surprise and fell back on the bed.

Paul said, “You just scared the hell out of me,” as he laughed hysterically and pulled his daughter in for a tight hug.

He added,

“What the hell are you doing?”

Reflecting on the special day, the now 25-year-old actress simply captioned the video,

“10 years without you… I love you forever.”

Fans also expressed their love for the late actor. One wrote,

”He was a wonderful actor. So sad to think of all the movies he never got to make.”

Another wrote,

”Aw man this was really beautiful. ❤️.”

A third user commented,

”Lots of love to him. He was a beautiful person inside out.”

Paul passed away in a tragic car crash on November 20, 2013. He was 40.

How close is Meadow to the Fast family?

While it’s been already 10 years since the star died, Meadow revealed that she still receives signs from her father.

In May, she told E!,

“For me, it’s numbers, four and seven are my dad’s favorite numbers,”
“And I swear whenever I’m doubting anything or whenever I’m in an argument with someone or anything, I start seeing four and seven everywhere. So I always know that it’s him.”

Meadow added,

“Even yesterday, I was having a moment and then the clock bells started ringing. And I was like, ‘OK, it’s all good, it’s gonna be OK.’”

Most recently, Meadow honored her dad by making a cameo in Fast X, the 10th film in the Fast & Furious franchise.

Just before the release of the film in May, she shared a sneak peek of herself as a flight attendant while honoring her dad.

She wrote via Instagram,

“The first ‘Fast’ was released when I was one year old! I grew up on set watching my father, Vin [Diesel], Jordana [Brewster], Michelle [Rodriguez], [Ludacris] and more on the monitors,”
“Thanks to my dad, I was born into the ‘Fast’ family. I can’t believe now I get to be up there, too.”

She added,

“I am so blessed to be able to honor my father’s legacy and share this with him forever. I love you all so much!”

Ever since her father’s death, Meadow has remained very close to her Fast family, mainly Vin Diesel. Vin, who is also her godfather, walked her down the aisle during her wedding to Louis Thornton-Allan in October 2021.
