Megan Fox discusses her body insecurities

Megan Fox surprises fans by telling that she struggles to love her body on an everyday basis.

The actress, 36, spoke during an interview with Sports Illustrated for the glossy’s 2023 swimsuit edition where she said,

“I have body dysmorphia. I don’t ever see myself the way other people see me,”
“There is never a point in my life where I loved my body, ever ever,”

The Transformers actress also noted that she is on a never-ending journey to love herself.

The actress who shares three children with ex-husband Brian Austin Green admitted that she has always been critical of her body and became aware and obsessed with her image even when she was a young girl.

However, the actress’s upbringing is not what made her obsessed.

“it definitely wasn’t environmental because I grew up in a very religious environment where bodies weren’t even acknowledged,”

This is not the first time Fox has addressed her body struggles. In a joint interview with her fiance Machine Gun Kelly in 2021, she revealed that she has a lot of deep insecurities.

The Jennifer’s Body actress explained,

“We may look at somebody and think, ‘That person’s so beautiful. Their life must be so easy.’ They most likely don’t feel that way about themselves,”
