Megan Fox decided to get rid of her engagement ring as she appeared solo at the 2023 Oscars. This is Fox’s first public appearance amid her relationship drama with her rapper fiance Machine Kelly Gun.

The 36-year-old actress posed for a carousel of photographs taken by celebrity photographer Cibelle Levi at the Vanity Fair Oscars bash on Sunday in Los Angeles.

Styled by Maeve Reilly, Megan looked gorgeous in her fiery new red hair. The actress seemed to enjoy the night out and was grooving to the music and sipping a drink.

At the event, the Jennifer’s Body actress stayed close to Black Adam actor Noah Centineo, her agent Chuck James and her three female pals.

A spy present at the awards noted,

“She was spending a lot of time talking to Centineo,”
“She looked like the cat who ate the canary.”

What fans noticed in the photographs from the Hollywood event was that Megan was not wearing her emerald and diamond ring. MGK, 32, proposed with the ring in January 2022.

Her shocking act fueled rumors that she and Kelly are no more together.

The Till Death star hinted at her split from the Bloody Valentine singer last month when she followed him on Instagram.

MGK and Megan are taking help from couples counselors

That same month, a source close to the couple revealed that Fox and MGK were doing their best to work things out. They started taking the help of couples therapy.

An insider said at the time,

“[They are] talking to a couples therapist every day via Zoom,”
“Megan feels that they must give therapy a shot before making any permanent decisions.”

Despite taking help from counselors online, the pair were pictured visiting an office building where various marriage and couples counselors reside.

A source at the time revealed,

“They are broken up, but Megan is seeing where they stand. She wants to see what they can salvage,”

MGK whose real name is Colson Baker apparently wanted to make up.

While some sources alleged that Fox found some text messages on her fiance’s phone that made her believe he was having an affair, other sources reveal that it was not true at all.

Fox’s rep then cleared the cheating allegations on social media, saying,

“There has been no third party interference in this relationship of any kind. That includes, but is not limited to… actual humans, DMs, AI bots or succubus demons.”
