Brandon Neal, 34, is accused of raping his teen student from Broken Arrow High School. His charges are second-degree rape and sexual battery on behalf of which he was taken into custody.
A married teacher Raped his Teen Student at Oklahoma
The Oklahoma rape case dates back from Dec 2019 to Jan 2020 when Brandon Neal, a one-time Oklahoma high school teacher raped his teen student. The track coach had an illegitimate and unethical sexual relationship with his teen student.
According to court documents, he reportedly was arrested for touching a student while they were at a local gym. It was not all he brought her to his house in Bixby with the intention to rape her when his daughter and wife were out of town.
The Oklahoma rape case is gaining attention again in August 2022. Brandon Neal, 34, of Bixby is defending himself on an arrest warrant charging him with second-degree rape and sexual battery.

Did Oklahoma teacher Brandon Neal rape his teen student for one month?
Authorities allegedly involve Neal being responsible for victimizing the unidentified student though he pleaded not guilty back in 202o. They said he began a month-long sexual relationship with his teacher starting in December 2019.
The teen and student from the Oklahoma rape case were familiar with each other from The Bodymasters Fitness gym in Bixby. Never had the student thought that he would allegedly touch her while she was lying on a table?
On Dec. 26, 2019, the raped teen student reported by Lori Fullbright told police she went to Neal’s home in Bixby where they had sex. The Oklahoma rape case was dismissed after neal was released on a $100,000 bond.
The rape allegations and sexual battery charges were filed after the case came to light on Jan. 7, 2020. The teen girl along with the support of her mother reported it to the Broken Arrow Police Department.
As per the complaints, they used to contact each other via Snapchat but she refused to lend her phone to the police for a checkup. Eventually, after the incident, she denied but Neal let police check his phone.

Despite the rape case of the teacher in Oklahoma being dismissed in April 2020 due to lack of evidence, it was again reopened.
The teen nearly a year later filed complaints on May 6, 2021, about sexual and physical contact with teacher. In her defense, she said the Snapchat evidence is no longer available as she destroyed them.
The raped teen confessed that she was in threat by her fear of Brandon Neal. Recently he is not allowed to have any contact with the teen or to be employed by any gym or as a personal trainer.
