Pele in his last days was surrounded by his loved ones and even spent their Christmas Day in the hospital together. His demise comes shortly as his daughter Kely Nascimento on Instagram announces the death of her daddy,

“Everything we are is thanks to you. We love you infinitely. Rest in peace.”

Pele’s official Twitter and Instagram accounts also confirmed the sad news of the death of the legend on Thursday, with a statement,

“Inspiration and love marked the journey of King Pele, who peacefully passed away today. Love, love, and love, forever.”

Footballers Round The Globe led tributes to late Brazilian football icon

French footballer Kylian Mbappe who is trending for the hat trick in the FIFA World Cup Finale 2022 in Lusail Stadium of Qatar wrote a death tribute.

Cristiano Ronaldo, on his Instagram with 523 M followers honored the late Brazilian footballer Pele, saying the memory of his legacy will remain untouched.
