Sheree Gustin, Steve Burton’s ex-wife, gives birth to her second love child!

Sheree Gustin, the ex-wife of American actor, Steve Burton announced the birth of her fifth child that is also her second love child. She did not reveal the identity of the father of this baby.

Sheree Gustin has her second love child

Sheree Gustin finalized her divorce with her ex-husband, American actor, Steve Burton in December 2023. And on 16 February 2024, she gave birth to her second love child. The name of the child is Addy Jay. However, the name of the father is still a mystery.

On last weekend, Sheree uploaded photos of Addy on her Instagram story. The fitness coach and nutritionist wrote about her baby’s weight at birth as 5 lbs, 5 oz. and gave a glimpse of the father of Addy. Sheree shared three photos of Addy and was all smiles as she showed off the new addition of her family.

Sheree and Steve’s relationship timeline

Steve, 53 met Sheree, 46 on the set of General Hospital. Later, they wed on 19 January 1999. The couple had three children together. They are eldest daughter, Makena who was born in 2003 and is now 21, son Jack born in 2006, and youngest daughter Brooklyn born in 2014.

In 2022, Sheree announced her fifth pregnancy on her Instagram with her side profile and captioned it:

“Life sure is full of surprises!”

She was cradling her baby bump and was wearing a form-fitting attire with a leather jacket.

In May 2022, Steve announced about his separation from his wife. He wrote on his social media for his fans:

“I wanted to clear something up. Sheree and I are separated. She recently announced that she’s expecting her 4th child. The child is not mine,”

He continued:

“We are still co-parenting our three beautiful kids,”
“We would appreciate privacy at this time. Much luv, Steve.”

Later, in July 2022, Steve filed for divorce from Sheree. He put the date of separation as 1 March 2022. Moreover, he cited irreconcilable differences as the cause for the divorce. The pair had not signed any prenuptial agreement.

The court granted them joint custody of their two minor kids, Jack and Brooklyn. Steve tried to avoid paying any child support money but the court ordered him to pay USD 12500 per month to Sheree as child support money. Of this, USD 2500 was for Jack and USD 10000 was for Brooklyn. After April 2024 when Jack becomes a major, Steve will have to pay only USD 10k per month for Brooklyn’s upbringing.

Steve as a father

Steve is an extremely loving and doting father. For his eldest daughter’s eighteenth birthday, he wished her on his social media writing:

“Happy 18 to my awesome daughter Makena. So crazy to watch 18 years,”

He put up a photo of his with Makena and wrote further:

“So proud of the young incredible woman she has become and is becoming. Super talented & Beautiful inside and out. So grateful to be her dad.”

Steve is also very close to his teenager son Jack. He calls him the greatest and had put up his selfie photo with Jack on his Instagram in January 2022.

The actor adores Brooklyn who has been in several of his Instagram posts over the years. In one post he had stated that they are having the best time together.

Sheree’s fourth child was a daughter, Izabella. She put up a post about her delivery and wrote:

“My beautiful blessing Izabella,”
“Some things I’ve realized with having my 4th baby in my 40s…I know how fast it goes by. I don’t sweat the small stuff, and I do my best to be present with all my children and live in the moment. I know I’m far from perfect but my kids know they’re loved and ultimately that’s really all that matters.”
