In 2009, she  appeared in Caras & Bocas as Vanessa Barros Ferreira (Vanessinha). Likewise, in 2010, she played the antagonist role of Stéfany Oliveira in the Brazilian telenovela Ti Ti Ti. The series was aired on TV Globo from 19 July 2010 to 17 March 2011.

Moreover, she has also played lead roles in the series such as O Rebu as Maria Eduarda Mahler (Duda, Babilônia as Alice Junqueira, Os Dias Eram Assim as Alice Sampaio.

She appeared as Thereza in Serra Pelada alongside other actors such as Júlio Andrade as Joaquim, Wagner Moura as Lindo Rico, Matheus Nachtergaele as Carvalho, and Eline Porto as Izabel. Recently, Sophie Charlotte appeared in an American neo-noir action thriller film The Killer as Magdala. The film was directed by David Fincher and aired on September 3, 2023.
