Another Suicide of 2018! Actor and reality TV star Carlos Lopez Jr. Dead at age 35!

- The reasons could be multi-fold.
- The latest celebrated who has fallen prey to this mode of death is Carlos Lopez Jr. who appeared on ‘Operation Repo‘ on TruTV.
The death of Carlos Lopez Jr.
Carlos Lopez Jr. is reported by TMZ to have passed away at the age of 35. He was found unconscious on the balcony of their Downtown LA apartment by his roommate on 24 June 2018 at 8 pm.
He had a gunshot wound on his head. The medics and police were alerted.
The emergency responders who reached the scene immediately pronounced him dead at the scene itself.
It is a case of suspected suicide and an insider has revealed that there was a note found at the scene.
Carlos and his career
Carlos Lopez Jr. is an Army veteran. He was working for 1st Cavalry, 82nd Airborne, 101st, 451st CA Bn for 37 months.
Carlos had grown up in the Southern Sacramento area and had seen many of his friends die in gang violence. He studied theater arts at the River Stage Theater Department which is located in Sacramento, California.
In the year 2010, Carlos acted in his first theater project which was called ‘True Life Stories’. He was also a director and producer.
He had appeared in the final two seasons of the show Operation Repo on TruTV. This was in the year 2012 and 2013.
The show first started in the Spanish language on the channel called Telemundo in the year 2006 and the month of October and it is the story of a group of repo men who reside in San Fernando Valley and are specialists in repossessing cars.
It was in March 2008 that its English version started on TruTV. Carlos also starred in Tom Cruise’s 2017 movie called American Made. He also starred in iCarly and CSI: Cyber.
He had spoken about his likelihood of starting a new reality show called Celebrity Security which was basically about bodyguards like him.
Carlos’ lifestyle and likes
Carlos studied at the Laguna Creek High School in Elk Grove, California, and after high school graduation joined the Moorpark College and Los Rios Colleges in Sacramento. He liked boxing and martial arts.
Both Carlos and his friend and roommate Ronnie Lee used to do exercises in the gym together. Ronnie used to post on his social media pictures and video clips of them working out and boxing in the gym.
His 19 June post could see a picture of the two skippings and he captioned it thus:

He once quoted:
“The richest man in the world is the one who loves his life.”
He used to also say:
“I live my life by a simple code, Trust in God, love your girl and fight only for your family.”
Tribute on social media
On 25 June, Carlos Juanita Lopez, his mother, posted an emotional message on her Facebook for him. It read:
“Our hearts are heavy. Our handsome adventurous and loving son Carlos Jr. left is [sic] for Heaven yesterday and our hearts are so heavy. Keep our family and Carlos’s friend Ronnie Lee in your prayers please. We’ve lost our eldest son and military warrior.”
His younger brother Rocky is an active service marine.
