Sydney Lotuaco and Nick Wehny have taken the next step in their relationship! The Bachelor alum, 31, tied the knot to her fiance, 32, over the weekend after almost three years of dating.

The wedding ceremony took place in a beautiful bayside ceremony in Cape Charles, Virginia.

Lotuaco shared a series of photos from their wedding day on Instagram on Monday, May 15, while captioning,

“I’ll never be over it! Prepare to be spammed, Thank you ti everyone who made our dream wedding possible!”

Nick, for his part, shared similar photos on his respective Instagram handle and wrote,

“I actually don’t know what to say. I’d love to come up with something funny to say but I’m at a loss. Thank you to everyone who made the journey, and even those who couldn’t, we still felt you.”

The wedding news comes almost one and a half years of their engagement. In December 2021, the reality tv star made their engagement announcement via Instagram sharing several photos of the pair from their proposal moment.

One of the photos includes a closeup shot of her stunning Tacori engagement ring.

Sydney, the bride of the day, looked stunning in a strapless white gown that featured a slit down the middle of her legs and an oversized bow at the back.

Her wedding dress is from Atlanta-based designer Anne Barge. Similarly, her bridesmaids wore coordinating light gray satin dresses.

The groom, on the other hand, looked dapper in a black suit.

Sydney met Nick outside the show after she failed to find love on The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise.

The newlywed met via Instagram during the pandemic and dated online for months prior to their first meeting in person in August 2020. Lotuaco gushed about their initial dating phase to PEOPLE,

“Nick had watched me on The Bachelor and for whatever reason took a liking to me. We [started ] talking back and forth via Instagram, then texting, and eventually FaceTied for 3 months before ever meeting in person.”
