SYTYCD and Hit the Floor alum Tiffany Maher and entrepreneur Kyle Spence are now officially husband and wife. The 29-years old dancer exchanged vows with one-year fiance Kyle on Saturday, December 17, in an intimate and private ceremony.

The wedding ceremony took place at the Bahia Mar resort by Hilton off the coast of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida with an attendance of 250 guests. The SYTYCD season 9 alum gushed about her wedding with PEOPLE, saying,

“I just wanted it to be beautiful, elegant, [and] a magical night. I wanted everyone to have the best time. Our ceremony area was on the intercostal. It’s beautiful because I love water, so it’s just looking out at the water.”

She then went on to say,

“I really just wanted it to feel magical in there,”

When the Florida-based couple walked back down the aisle, there were bubbles, cool sparks, and flower petals being thrown by guests. The event was decorated with loads of candles and white flowers with touches of green and gold.

Following their ceremony, the newlywed couple cut down a huge five-tier wedding cake. A seated dessert for their guests followed by mini cupcakes, black and white cookies, chocolate chip cookies, Christmas cookies, peppermint bark, different chocolates, cannoli, and more.

Tiffany and Kyle’s wedding was flourishing planned by Briana Dimascio of Beventi Consulting.

As for the honeymoon, the couple headed off to the Maldives. Maher told,

“We’re actually going to the Maldives and then on the way home, we’re stopping in Dubai for three days. We’re going to be away for the holidays, but we figure with my schedule, if we don’t go now, we might not ever go.”

Wedding attires

The bride, 29, of the day stunned in a white gown from Elysee dress while keeping simply with her hair down. She also gushed about her wedding dress with PEOPLE, she said,

“That was a really hard thing for me to find. It wasn’t the typical, you try on the first dress and say yes to the dress. I definitely went to a ton of stores. I ended up getting it from this place in Miami.”

The groom, on the other hand, looked dapper in a traditional black tux he picked out on his own from Indochino.

How long have Tiffany Maher and Kyle Spence been dating?

Tiffany and Kyle first met during the Covid-19 pandemic at one of their mutual friend’s weddings. They both served as the bridesmaid and best man respectively in the bridal party of the ceremony.

After that, the two instantly connected with each other. In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Maher also opened up about how she struggled with relationships and she said that dating was the last thing on her mind at the time.

She reminisced,

“One thing that I always struggled with was relationships and he literally came at a time when I was not looking,”

She revealed that her friend tried to introduce her to Kyle in 2017, but she was in a phase in her life where she didn’t even want to hear a man’s name neither she was interested in dating.

Tiffany then added,

“And then fast forward, it’s August 2020 and I’m going to this wedding and he was the best man. I was a bridesmaid, and ever since that wedding, we’ve just been together and now it’s our wedding time. It’s just crazy.”

Well, the wedding news comes just a year after their engagement in December 2021. Kyle got down on one knee to propose to Tiffany in front of a Christman tree last year in Delray Beach. The same day, Tiffany has her father’s birthday.
