On Saturday, December 21, reality star Zach Nichols proposed to his longtime girlfriend and she said ‘Yes’.

The duo met on the set of ‘The Challenge: Battle of Exes’ for the first time in 2014.

There was an immediate spark between them and they were together for about a year.

However, they could not work it in 2016 as she found out he was cheating on her when he called with the wrong name on the phone.

Despite the coldness in their relationship, they competed again together on ‘The Challenge: Invasion of the Champions’.

They were not fully together at the time as she was not ready to trust him fully.

The love life of Zach Nichols and Jenna Compono

After lots of roller coasters in the relationship between the pair, they started getting closer during the filming of The Challenge: Invasion of the Champions.

In May 2018, they announced that they got back together through their Instagram. The reality star posted the snap on Instagram with a touchy caption that reads:

“Love isn’t practical. It isn’t meant to be easy and doesn’t appear on command. It doesn’t let you fall for whomever you’d like. Also, it surfaces neither at the most opportune moment nor in the most convenient. It might pair you with someone you might never have expected. It’ll put you face to face with endless obstacles.”

“But in the end, none of that will matter because it’s how you overcome its obstacles that will define your love. It may not be practical, but love is ultimately the best thing that will ever happen to you.”

Later on, they both made their appearance on ‘The Challenge: War of The World’. However, during the time they both got into a fight after she found out he made a Bumble account as a joke.

The two talked and worked on it after the warp of the show. He also explained that he never swiped right on anyone in the app. In February, when she was moving to Michigan to be with him, she stated:

“I’m not going to lose a guy that I’ve been crazy about for the past five years over a stupid fight on a TV show,”

At the time, she also talked about her plan of having kids, marriage, and a house with the love of her life. She explained:

“I tell him we’re gonna have six kids, we’re going to live in a mansion, I pretty much set it all out on the table. He’s down. We’ve talked about marriage, kids, me moving there; we’re gonna try and do it in the right order!”
