Three women sued ‘Daisy Jones & The Six’ actor Sebastian Chacon for sexual offenses including rape

Sebastian Chacon has been involved in the legal suit

A complaint has been filed against Sebastian Chacon for raping and sexually assaulting three women between 2017 and 2022.

The lawsuit was filed on Monday in New York under the Adult Survivors Act.

One of the accusers, Jane Doe 1, alleged she was 16 years old when she met Chacon, who was 24 at the time, on the set of a television show called Crash and Burn.

He initially poured her with love and affection for some time including taking her to dates. The actor then eventually invited her to his apartment where he allegedly groped and humped her.

Jane Doe 1 claimed the actor tried to remove her pants at one point when she was refusing it.

The lawsuit noted they also attended a fundraiser event together where Chacon pressured her to drink alcohol before they headed back on the subway together.

On the other hand, the other two women claimed they were both in romantic relationships, alleging that he strangled them during nonconsensual sex until they lost consciousness and that he continued to have sex with them.

Aurore DeCarlo, an attorney who represents the plaintiffs, said she feels “honored to represent these women,” who “takes immense courage to stand up to an abuser, especially someone in the public.”

She added,

“The facts alleged in the complaint, speak for themselves. I just think it’s a huge testament to the strength and courage of these women that they found each other. They realized that they had experienced that same pattern of abuse or a very similar pattern of abuse and they’ve banded together to hold this individual accountable.”

What does Sebastian Chacon say about the allegation?

Sebastian hasn’t yet commented on the allegation so far. However, his attorney, Jeff Chabrowe has stated PEOPLE claiming that the actor “vehemently denies these allegations.”

He told the outlet,

“Mr.Chacon will fully cooperate with any investigation and provide any evidence necessary to prove his innocence.”

Lately, he has been starring in the Amazon Video series Daisy Jones & The Six as the band’s affable drummer, Warren.
