TMZ reported that the singer has blood clots in her legs and lungs.

Tori Kelly is having a tough time and is in really serious condition after being hospitalized on Sunday night.

According to TMZ, doctors found blood clots in the singer’s legs and lungs.

The outlet also reported that at the moment, they are still working to find out if the clots are around her heart too.

As per the outlet, the singer-songwriter was at a restaurant for dinner with her friends in downtown Los Angeles when she revealed she was feeling an abnormally fast heartbeat.

At one point, she even fainted and was out for a while.

The 30-year-old’s friends then drove her to Cedars-Sinai in West Hollywood rather than calling an ambulance.

While the American Idol contestant was somewhat out of the spotlight since her last album was released in 2020, she was making a comeback this year.

The twice Grammy winner debuted her latest single Missin U in March and even surprised her fans by dyeing her blonde hair black.

In June 2022, Kelly explained her lack of song releases.

Tori Kelly tweeted at the time,

“i see your comments & i get frustrated too bc i just wanna put this music out & tour again but unfortunately its not as simple as just releasing songs whenever i want,”
“i wish the business side of things didn’t sometimes slow down the process… but.”
