Twitter Users Called Out TikToker Anthony Reeves After He Shades On One Direction During The Band’s 10th Year Anniversary!

Anthony Reeves is getting a huge backlash from One Direction fandom after he made a shady tweet about them.
When everyone was celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the band, the Tiktoker threw shade at them.

Though the One direction members left the band and started their solo career, they still have a strong fan base. One Direction completed a decade on 23 July 2020.

Reeves shaded One Direction

The famous TikToker made a tweet about the famous band 1D on their 10th anniversary. However, people were not happy about his tweet and made a clap back. One Direction has a strong fanbase to date and they did not take the tweet in a good way.

The social media personality wrote on the now-deleted post:

“Don’t care about 1D never did so need the comments atm. thank you”

Furthermore, he made another tweet where he said that people can unfollow and hate him but everything he sees is One Direction.

On the day, the band made its a decade after it was established back in 2010. After a while of his tweet, the Twitter users went off on him and clap backed with tweets.

After getting a huge backlash from the 1D fandom, he made another tweet clarifying his point of view where he said:

“Never cared if I saw 1D on my timeline. Of course enjoy what you want and love. On the tweets I tweeted [though], I was really down and just looking for encouragement or help and all that was being commented was 1D. So, I was asking to stop with the comments about that,”

Though he responded by clarifying his previous tweet, he did not get a good response either. After his response, on the Twitter users posted his deleted tweet he could have said it differently. The Tiktoker agreed to his point and apologized.

One of the twitter users wrote:

“You also need to see our perspective in the situation and how this day meant so much to us, all the love, Directioners,”

Reeves responded to the tweet saying he fully understands he was wrong. Additionally, he also mentioned he could have used the words in a better way at the start. He also added “enjoy the 10 years” at the last of his tweet.

On the other hand, other Tiktokers Bryce Hall and Jaden Hossler went to Twitter to celebrate the 10th anniversary of One Direction.
