Winning the first season of The Rap Game has been her biggest achievement so far. With an intense battle and full determination, she was able to be the winner. The show produced by Jermaine Dupri has brought many new talents to light. And Miss Mulatto was one of them.

Regarding her being a rapper, she cited us by saying,

“Oh no, I didn’t think I would be a rapper at first. Actually I started off drag racing; my family is really into drag racing. They pretty much like anything that moves (laughing). But I didn’t like it. In school, I was a dope writer, so writing eventually became writing lyrics.”

Despite her verbal banter with Supa Peach, which was the highlight of the show throughout the season. This didn’t decrease the caliber of her talent.

Eventually, she got what she came for. She was not nervous a bit regarding her future career and was ready to take it on. Regarding her future plans, she said,

“It’s crazy! I’m super excited to get everything rolling.“

Furthermore, she added,

“It’s been great. I’m just dealing with everything and how it went from 0 to 100. After the show, I’ve been doing interviews, shows, bookings across the country, jet-lag like crazy (laughing). But, it’s cool, I was prepared for it, so it’s been fun.“

For the newbies like Mulatto, it was a challenge to overcome the crowd of musicians in the modern world and to establish their own fame. That’s when Dupri came to light. Currently, he is helping the winner of his show to groove into this modern world.

When Mulatto was asked about her experiences and lesson after working with Dupri, she said,

“No matter how big you feel like you are [or] you feel like you’ve made it already, you still have to work like you’re losing.“

It seems like, Dupri has filled her mind with a whole lot of lessons and advice. Mulatto also said that she has never seen anyone working that hard, and it is definitely one thing to learn from him.

“I don’t know, I am just doing it. I’ve been doing this since I was ten years old, so I’m accustomed to the hustle. So I am just doing what I do.“

She has released numerous singles time and again. In addition, she tours a lot and is frequently performing throughout the US.

And, recently she released her album Latto Let ‘Em Know 2017. In 2016, she also released the album Miss Mulatto. She has also signed with So So Def Records label. In addition, she was the part of SoSoSummer 17 Tour.
