50 Cent does not want his son Sire to stay with Daphne Joy

50 Cent is planning to seek sole custody of his son Sire whom he shares with his ex Daphne Joy after her name was reported as an alleged sex worker in a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs in February.

A source told Us Weekly about the situation,

“Given the latest developments and news of Daphne Joy’s involvement in the Diddy lawsuit, 50 is going for sole custody of his son,”

The rapper whose name is Curtis Jackson III dated the OnlyFans model from 2011 to 2012. They called it quits shortly after the birth of their now 11-year-old son.

The In Da Club hitmaker is also dad to son Marquise, 27, whom he shares with ex Shaniqua Tompkins.

After finding out that Joy, along with Yung Miami and model Jade Ramey, had been mentioned in the $30 million lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, the rapper seemingly reacted to the news on social media. The G-Unit founder shared a photo of himself smoking a cigar in the rain.

He captioned the photo,

“I didn’t know you was a sex worker, you little sex worker.LOL,”

“Yo this s–t is a movie.”

While Joy hasn’t addressed the news of being a sex worker directly, she did share a cryptic message on her Instagram after the controversy made headlines.

The 37-year-old captioned a snap of herself hiking, “Thank you God for your love,”

How did the sexual assault case unfold?

Rodney, who collaborated with Combs on his latest album, sued the musician for reportedly sexually assaulting him.

In the lawsuit, Jones claimed that Diddy’s sex workers received a monthly stipend. The documents also show that Combs used a man named Brendan Paul as his drug mule.

Cops arrested Paul earlier this week after federal agents raided the former Ciroc owner’s homes.

Diddy’s legal team at the time of the lawsuit called Jones a liar.

His attorney Shawn Holley said in a statement,

“We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls,”

“We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
