Brock Davies and Scheana Shay are now parents for the first time. On 26th April 2021, she gave birth to a daughter named Summer Moon Honey Davies. They announced the baby news through Instagram writing,

“Summer Moon Honey Davies 04/26/21 April 26th was already a special day but yesterday I watched @scheana birth our beautiful baby girl with sooo much love. Baby girl passed her final tests today as we watched over mamma bear here in the High-Risk unit. @scheana was diagnosed with HELLP syndrome, a rare expansion of preeclampsia.”

Her doctor revealed that she was lucky to be treated for preeclampsia as it is unusual to be diagnosed postpartum. Till the 27th of April, she was on a magnesium drip which made her lethargic and flu-like and she was shivering uncontrollably. Also, Scheana was closely monitored for her elevated liver enzymes and low blood platelets.

Scheana Shay said,

“Thank you to everyone who has reached out and sent their love and thank you to the amazing staff here at Cedars-Sinai. We are definitely feeling all the feels and just so excited to be Summer’s parents!!!”

Similarly, the new dad gave an update on her condition and his newborn baby. Davies also thanked everyone who reached out to them and the staff who helped to deliver the baby safe. In October 2020, Scheana and Brock revealed that she was pregnant with their first child. Furthermore, their baby daughter came to the world five months after the announcement.
