Rebekah gave birth to her twins via cesarean section at Weill Cornell New York Presbyterian. Tatiana weighed about 2.8 kg at birth, while her sister Alina weighed 2.5 kg.
They wrote a lengthy caption explaining their experience during the delivery of their babies. The caption reads,
“There are not enough words to articulate the premier level of care we received during out visit, After a routine stress test, Mum’s blood pressure was too high to keep cooking the babies so we had to deliver earlier than expected.”
“We had a few extra health complications with Mum and Tatiana but now we have all been discharged and are at home, soaking up all the deliciousness. Thank you to Dr. Nabeezadeh and the whole team at Alexandra Cohen for the exemplary care and attention we received.”
The new parents also shared several photos of them from the hospital posing with their newborns.
The first photo in the post showed Pedler holding their babies while sweetly gazing at them with a smile.
Similarly, the slideshow included the babies spending time together in matching outfits, a candid photo of Pedler eating sushi in the hospital, and an image of the Top Chef star enjoying fatherhood for the first time.

The baby arrived four months after the couple announced their pregnancy news.
In June, they announced on Instagram that they were expecting their twins, sharing a carousel of photos of the two where Pedler proudly flaunts her baby bump.
They wrote in the caption section at the time,
“Fire one double ——> 11.11,”

Buddha and Rebekah met while working at Hare & Grace in London.
During an episode of Top Chef, the 32-year-old chef shared that his “Marry Me Pasta” recipe was inspired by a dinner he had with Pedler.
While working together in London, Rebekah made Rigatoni Amatriciana for a staff meal, which he loved so much that he promised to marry her if they were still single by the time they turned 30.
The couple is now happily married and still enjoys the dish together. The chef told PEOPLE that he hasn’t changed a thing about the recipe.
“I had no pressure in doing this dish. It’s a dish that was the turning point of my life and if I was to go home for it I wanted people to know about this story and how special this dish is for me,”
He continued,
“My wife on the other hand didn’t get to know the result and was panicking her way back to New York and was hoping that I didn’t get sent home for the dish. We have a chuckle about if I were to get eliminated for this dish that we might have to change the name to ‘divorce me pasta.”
