Chloe Kim has parted ways with her two years of boyfriend Evan Berle

The two-time Olympic gold medalist, Chloe Kim, and her boyfriend Evan Berle, a skateboarder, are no longer a romantic couple.

Kim, 22, revealed she and Berle are no longer dating on Saturday evening while speaking with PEOPLE at the 20th Annual Unforgettable Gala at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.

She said,

“My boyfriend and I are broken up. I’m a single lady for the holidays,”

Adding to that the snowboarder said, “It’s been a little bit” since the former couple called it quits. She continued,

“It’s all good,”

The former couple began dating in January 2020, however, their relationship didn’t go for long.

According to Evan’s LinkedIn, he is a 23-year-old snowboarder who is a history student at Santa Monica College. He earned his degree in art history, criticism, and conservation.

In January 2021, Chloe and Evan went Instagram official wishing each other their very first dating anniversary.

Meanwhile, the Olympics snowboarding gold medal went on to penning down,

In February, the two together celebrated Kim’s victory in the halfpipe at the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing.

Chloe Kim now prefers to stay away from the romantic relationship for some time

While speaking to PEOPLE, Kim opened up about being optimistic about her future plans. She said,

“I’m ready to just work and spend time with my family. I’m really excited for the holidays. I feel like my family always travels, works and all this stuff, so it’s nice spending quality time [with them]. You can all spend uninterrupted quality time together.”

Earlier this year, the athlete won her 2018 PyeongChang title, as a result, she became the first woman in history to land back-to-back 1080s. Kim also revealed she has found a new passion in life as of late.

She disclosed,

“I’ve been getting into acting. I think just being in front of a camera at a young age, I just felt like it was really comfortable, and I actually really enjoyed it,”

She continued,

“I think it kind of came over time. I’ve done cameos, I did music videos, and I really enjoyed it, and now that I’m kind of thinking about what I want to do after my snowboarding career, that kind of made sense for me to try,”
“So it’s been an amazing journey, and I’m really happy I’m putting myself out there.”
