Christian Richard files for restraining order amid fears of son’s abduction by Christine Quinn

Christian Richard seeks legal action over his son’s safety from Christine Quinn

Christine Quinn‘s husband Christian Richard has now filed for a restraining order against her following his arrest for domestic violence last week.

He filed for a temporary restraining order with concerns that the former Selling Sunset star, 35, may ‘abduct’ their 3-year-old son, Christian.

Christian mentioned in his request that Quinn move out from his Los Angeles home and stay 100 yards (300 feet) away.

Similarly, he claimed that Quinn “has a history of threatening to take away or hide our children from me” and “not cooperating with me in parenting.”

Quinn is allowed joint custody of Christian and unmonitored visitation rights as of now, according to the request. Besides, the actress is also asked by him to provide travel plans and documents for their child.

Christian Richard denies domestic violence accusation

Christian revealed that the couple fought over Quinn’s dogs, which are prohibited from being trained.

He alleged that the dogs ‘urinated all over some valuable belongings of his’. However, the fight was only initiated after Quinn told him that “she tried to clean but was not going to do anything further.”

He then claimed that he “grabbed the trash bag from the floor and threw it to the side of the room, against the wall,” but hadn’t hit his wife or their son.

The documents stated,

“Mr. Dumontet constantly finds himself the only one cleaning up after the dogs, so much so that operating and cleaning the remote vacuum cleaner has become a bonding activity between himself and 3-year-old Christian,”
“At that point Mr. Dumontet grabbed the trash bag from the floor and threw it to the side of the room, against the wall, Mr. Dumontet did not throw the bag towards Ms. Quinn, or their son. Additionally, there was no glass in the bag, as there was no broken glass in the room or anywhere in the house.”
