David Vazquez and Evelyn Cormier are done with their married life! The married couple of four years ended their marriage on 29th November 2021. Evelyn announced that she is divorcing her husband David but they are yet to make the separation official.

Cormier also told her fans on Instagram Live that they are ending their marriage and have reportedly removed pictures of him on social media.

Evelyn said,

“I’ve endured mental and emotional abuse because of a passionless, sexless and narcissistic relationship. This is a good reminder that not everything you see on social media is reality. This is a very difficult time for me and there is a long road of healing ahead, but I’m trusting God and the plan He has for me.”

She accused him of mental and emotional abuse. When David was asked about the allegation he said that he is not going to disclose any more details.

Married life of David Vazquez and Evelyn Cormier

David Vazquez and Evelyn Cormier met each other on social media after he found out about a Facebook page dedicated to her band. She was just 18 years old when they met.

The soon-to-be ex-couple appeared on season 5 of 90 Day Fiance. The couple walked down the aisle in 2017 in a televised ceremony.

In 2019, she competed on season 17 of American Idol and placed in the top 14. Likewise, they relocated from New Hampshire to Los Angeles. There were rumors of their marriage previously to which Evelyn said,

“It just gets annoying because, you know, people are constantly asking if we’re still together or, you know, checking if I’m wearing my wedding ring or if I’m not wearing my wedding ring. And it’s like, you know, I do a lot of modeling on the side and I don’t always wear my wedding ring, but that doesn’t mean there’s trouble in paradise.”
