Duane Chapman denies his daughter’s claims that he is dating a girlfriend!

Duane Chapman is upset that since the time his wife Beth Chapman died due to throat cancer, people are linking him romantically with any woman he talks to.
Now, it started when Duane posted on his Instagram a picture of himself with their longtime family friend Moon Angell.

His daughter Cecily also was against the match. Duane has now responded to his daughter’s accusations. He denies that he is in any relationship.

Duane Chapman denies dating Moon Angell

Duane’s daughters Cecily and Lyssa took to Twitter to slam the pairing of their father with Moon. Duane was quiet for some time but now he has decided to step in and respond to the ongoing accusations.

He told RadarOnline:

“Moon has been a trustworthy and loyal friend to me for over 20 years. She has been with my family through many ups and downs,. All my children are grown and gone on their own, there’s no one left to help me! Moon is experienced. It’s just that. Who knows what my future holds, but right now I need her. There will never be another Mrs. Dog, but that doesn’t mean I have to be so sad.”

The accusations of Duane Chapman’s daughters

After Duane posted the pic on his social media with family friend Moon Angell, his daughters were utterly upset. They did not approve of the pairing and vented out their anger on their social media.

Cecily tweeted promptly:

“I’ve been very quiet concerning the circumstances but tbh what kinda “friend” moves into a dead friends house with their husband?! And ACTS LIKE THEY DID NOTHING WRONG? #Narcissist”

Daughter Lyssa was also angry with Moon and tweeted more rudely and bluntly:

“You’re disgusting woman. Any person who moves in on a man weeks after losing his wife, who you were supposed to be a “friend “ to, Is the lowest scum on the planet-Which for you wasn’t that far of a step down from where you were before. God will get you MARY !!!”

She continued:

“I’m saving my dad from a maniac. You’re a user abuser. Disgusting to move in on a man while he’s mourning have fun in HELL MARY.”
“If someone who met your family by dating your brother, tried to date your father after your step- mom died what would you do ? If you went to your mothers closet and saw she moved all her clothes and replaced them with her own, what would you do ? #ItsNotWhenOrWhyItsWho”

Duane Chapman and his relationships, wives, children

Duane was a teen when he dated his high school girlfriend Debbie White. They together have a son named Christopher Michael Hecht. In 1972, he wed La Fonda Sue Honeycut with whom he shares Duane Lee Chapman II and Leland Chapman.

After he divorced La Fonda in 1979, Duane wed Anne M. Tegnell the same year. The couple had three kids-Wesley Chapman, Zebediah Duane Chapman, and J.R. James Chapman before separating in 1982.

The same year, he married Lyssa Rae Brittain. Their three kids are Barbara Katie Chapman, Baby Lyssa Rae Chapman, and Tucker Dee Chapman.

They split in 1991. In 1991, he wed Tawny Marie and the two divorced in 2003. He married Beth in 2006 and she died in 2019. Their two children are Bonnie Chapman and Garry Chapman.
