The pregnancy news comes almost 10 months after their engagement.
Francesca met Jesse via Zoom in June 2021 during her TikTok live event for Pride Month.

Francesca Farago confirms her pregnancy from IVF

Francesca Farago is pregnant. Too Hot To Handle star, 30, announced her pregnancy with her transgender fiance Jesse ‘Sulli’ Sullivan.

Francesca took to Instagram on Sunday, March 31, to share the happy news that she and Jesse are expecting their first child via IVF. She wrote on Instagram,

“We wanted to take this special day to celebrate this amazing milestone with all of you, We’ve brought We’ve brought you with us through the loss, so we couldn’t wait to bring you along for the win. I am still pretty newly pregnant, and there’s so much more to come, but we are so excited to be growing our family with Arlo as the coolest older sibling! AHH IM PREGNANT!”

Jesse, who came out as transgender in 2019, is already a parent to 15-year-old child Arlo Bear Sullivan, whom he welcomed from a previous relationship.

The trans rights advocate, for his part, shared a TikTok clip reflecting on their IVF journey. He then noted they wanted to share the pregnancy news on Transgender Day of Visibility.

“We’re pregnant. Its been such a struggle to get here, but we felt like TDOV was the perfect day to let you all in on our celebration. Im so proud of @Francesca Farago for fighting her way to get here, and I fall more in love with her every day. Thank you for following our journey, and here’s to more trans joy!”

Francesca Farago and Jesse Sullivan’s experience with the fertility journey

Francesca and Jess have always been open about their fertility journey. In a May 2023 episode of the podcast Sofia With an F, Jesse shared that they wanted to expand their family.

He said at the time,

“We’re going to probably make embryos, and we’re going to use, most likely, Arlo’s biological other dad for the sperm, So we would make my embryo from mine, my embryo from hers, his sperm and then we would freeze them until she’s actually ready to carry.”

“It would be twins, It would be his egg, my egg, same sperm, That’s the plan.”

Jesse further hinted at the gender of the unborn child in his recent TikTok videos through the background song “To Our Daughter (Lullaby)” by My Best Friend Jacob, featured in the video.

Similarly, he added two baby emojis signifying twins, and what appeared to be two embryos.

How long have Francesca Farago and Jesse Sullivan been together?

Francesca met Jesse via Zoom in June 2021 during her TikTok live event for Pride Month. She gushed about their first meeting in 2023 in an interview with Elite Daily.

“TikTok hired me to host an event for Pride Month, It was over Zoom. It was a TikTok live event with Willow Smith and the app’s LGBTQ+ Trailblazers. I interviewed three people and Jesse was one of them. We met on Zoom and just fell in love very quickly.”

However, the two didn’t start dating immediately as Farago went to Netflix’s Perfect Match, which aired in 2023. But after her exit from the show, she reconnects with Jesse.

She told in an interview,

“Literally the minute I left that villa, I texted Jesse, and I was like, Hey, are you still single? I’m traumatized and do you want to hang out?'”
“We’re just so in love, andI feel that’s obvious with what we post, Some couples share a filtered version of the happy times, but they don’t post anything negative. We actually don’t have any negative times. It’s all positive.”

After that, the two often shared glimpses of their romance on Social media as well. Two years after meeting, the soon-to-be parents announced their engagement in a May 2023 Instagram post.

Francesca wrote at the time,

“WE’RE ENGAGED, a glimpse into the most magical night ever, obsessed with our family… what is life!!”
