‘Happy married life’! Jackson Bates and Emerson Wells took a milestone step in their relationship.
The couple has made it down the aisle, marking the 12th wedding among the Bates Family’s children.
The wedding comes just seven months after they got engaged.

Jackson Bates married Emerson Wells in a Florida ceremony

The wedding ceremony took place on Saturday, October 14. at the Bramble Tree Estates in Sorrento Florida.

Jackson’s father Gil Bates and Wells’ brother-in-law Jono Contestable officiated their wedding.

The bride’s sister Kenzie Contestable served as the matron of honor while the groom’s brother Warden Bates served as his best man.

Similarly, their wedding was organized by Kim Nafziger, who has coordinated each of Jackson’s siblings’ weddings.

Jackson and Emerson each wrote their vows on their own. While speaking to PEOPLE, the groom, 21, expressed his deep love for Emerson and shared how blessed he felt to start this new chapter of his life with her.

“I would have never though I could meet someone that is as perfect as Emerson. I fell in love first, and I haven’t stopped thinking that she’s the best thing in my life since I first asked her to marry me.”
“I am definitely getting the best end of this deal! I have to admit, I’m one of those sentimental guys, and I can’t stop tearing up just thinking about how blessed I am,”

Similarly, he went on to acknowledge that he and his now-wife both were “grateful for the family and friends who have gathered today to support and encourage us”. He added,

Wells, for her part, shared to the outlet,

“Everyone keeps asking if I’ve been nervous, but I’m really not, because all I can think of is how this is the best day of my life. I don’t really care about the little details falling into place perfectly, as much as the fact that I’m living out my dream. I feel like the luckiest girl alive right now!”

How long have Jackson Bates and Emerson Wells been together?

Jackson went Instagram official with his relationship with Emerson in the summer of 2022. Emerson Wells is a dental assistant.

In July 2022, he shared a photo of himself with a girl, who later identified as his now-wife, alongside a sweet caption,

“So thankful for you and I’m excited to see where God takes us!”

However, it is unclear when they actually started dating.

In March 2023, Bates made another announcement by sharing a heartwarming Instagram post confirming that he and Emerson got engaged.

He shared a beautiful photo of himself, dressed in all black, as he got down on one knee and popped the question to Emerson, who was also wearing all black.

Wells can be seen covering her face with her hand in the photo as she held her other hand out for Jackson to put the ring on her finger.
