The reality TV star and vineyard manager, Jarrod Woodgate was on the Australian version of the TV show Bachelorette season 3. He was dating Sam Royce and the two were extremely happy together.

But now there seems to be trouble in Paradise. The pair have got separated and he misses her. Jarrod put up an honest post about it on his Instagram for his fans.

He wrote:

“Waking up alone is getting harder and harder, 3 weeks already feels like 3 months! I miss you so much and love you more than ever ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Hurry up and come home to me please beautiful ????,”

He posted the photo of the pair kissing under a waterfall. Just a week back, Sam also posted the same picture and captioned it:

“Five days down, eighty-three to go ? Sending lots of love to all the COVID long-distance relationships,”

She added:

“Missing someone sucks, but how bloody lucky are we to have someone special to miss ?,”

The reason for the separation of the couple

There have been strict state border closures and restrictions on travel put in place due to the COVID-19 repeat surges in cases. Hence the two would not be able to reunite for many months now.

But they have already started missing each other and it is heartbreaking to read their messages on their social media.

In June 2020, it was their fifth month anniversary. And to mark Girlfriend Appreciation Day, Jarrod had written on his Instagram:

“Today is a very special day, well I think it is ? It’s Girlfriend appreciation day for those that don’t know. So a massive shout out to @samroyceee for being the most amazing girlfriend a guy could ever dream of!”
“Happy 5th month anniversary beautiful and can’t wait for the next 5 months ??.”

The relationship of the couple

The couple started dating earlier this year. And then the COVID pandemic struck. Jarrod gained fame when he appeared on the show Bachelorette in 2017. Sophie Monk was the bachelorette whom the bachelors were trying to woo.

Later, Jarrod started dating his fellow Bachelor Nation star, Keira Maguire. But their courtship period was not a smooth one. Their relationship was of the on-off type and they ultimately split for good in 2019.

Talking about Keira, he had said:

“She’s purely Instagram-focused and that takes up a lot of time.”
