Joanna Krupa and Douglas Nunes are no longer a married couple. The couple has separated their ways after nearly five years of marriage.

They also together shared a three-year-old daughter Asha-Leigh.

According to court documents, Nunes filed for divorce from his estranged wife on Friday, March 24. The 451 Media Group LLC co-founder listed their separation date on January 2, 2023, and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for divorce.

Similarly, Nunes is asking for joint physical and legal custody of their daughter and terminating the court’s ability to award Nunes any spousal support.

As far as their marital assets, the document filed in Los Angeles County states that “the current nature and extent of the parties’ separate, community and quasi-community property is currently unknown”.

Accordingly, Nunes “reserves his right to amend this Petition in the future, including at the time of trial” whereas the same distinction goes for the pair’s “rights to community and quasi-community assets and debts.”

How long have Joanna Krupa and Douglas Nunes been together?

Joanna and Douglas married five months after their engagement in an ornate ceremony held in a Benedictine Abbey in Krakow, Poland, on August 4, 2018.

A week before their formal ceremony, they had a secret wedding in Los Angeles. Krupa took to social media platforms to announce the happy news at the time, writing,

“We did it! It was a very private and small family gathering..wish I could have shared it with all the people that I love.”

A year after their nuptial, they were blessed with a daughter, who was born in November 2019.

Krupa was previously married to Miami nightclub entrepreneur Romain Zago for over three years until their divorce in July 2017.
