Joe Flacco initially played for the Pittsburgh Panthers football team. Later, he began playing for Denver and threw for 2,783 yards, and 18 touchdowns with 10 interceptions in the 2006 season.

Similarly, in the 2007 season, he led his team to an 8–3 regular-season record. Coming to his professional career, the Baltimore Ravens picked him in the 2008 NFL Draft.

In the 2008 season, he became the starting quarterback against the Cincinnati Bengals. He successfully completed 15 of 29 passes for 129 yards.

Flacco threw 3,613 yards and 21 touchdowns in the 2009 season. In the 2011 season, Flacco finished the season with 312 completions on 542 attempts and he threw for 3,610 yards, 20 touchdowns, 12 interceptions.

He finished the 2012 season with 73-of-126 (57.9 percent) passes for 1,140 yards with 11 touchdowns. He was also the game’s Most Valuable Player in Super Bowl XLVII. More recently, in the 2017 season, he was diagnosed with a back injury.

Flacco holds the record for the First rookie quarterback to win two playoff games, the first quarterback to start and win a playoff game in each of his first five seasons, the Most consecutive playoff games with at least two passing touchdowns, and the Most road playoff wins for a quarterback among others.
