  1. Jordana starts and ends her day with quiet meditation. Talking about it, Jordana said:

“It centers me and grounds me, I practice Vedic meditation, which is twenty minutes twice a day. Since becoming a mom though, it’s honestly only fifteen minutes because it’s really difficult to sit for forty minutes, especially when the kids are running around. But I find that fifteen is enough for me to recharge and I find that it then gives me enough bandwidth to have patience.”

  1. When not chasing her kids, Jordana states that she attends Body By Simone class. Jordana explained:

“I love the dance classes and I love the body sculpting classes, It’s just fun to get in a room with a bunch of other women and just dance and listen to good music.”

  1. Though Jordana has a changing daily routine, she sees to it that the schedule for her kids is fixed.

“They sleep at the same time everyday, eat at the same time everyday, nap at the same time, their schools are consistent,”

“I take it everyday for consistent allergy relief,”

“If I were ever asked to give up gluten, I could not do it,” she says. “I love bread so much.”

 “I drink a ton of water and I start my day off with hot water and lemon,”

Her chiseled legs

Jordana was recently sighted in the Fast and Furious franchise in a frilly salmon-colored mini dress that showed off her knockout legs. She was part of the inaugural, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th installments of Fast and Furious.

Though not a part of the 8th, she will be returning on the 9th and 10th. She described her return as exciting and though happy she is not aware of more details about it.
