Canadian television personality, Kaitlyn Bristowe, 39 split from her ex-fiance, Jason Tartick, 36 in 2023. She has moved on and seems to be in a relationship with Zac Clark. What did she say on her love life?

Kaitlyn Bristowe talks on her personal life

Canadian reality television star, Kaitlyn Bristowe, 39 had called off her engagement to banker Jason Tartick in August of 2023. After that, she is keeping her love life under wraps. But there are rumors that Kaitlyn is dating American TV personality, Zachary William ‘Zac’ Clark.

However, neither Kaitlyn nor Zac have confirmed this new relationship. Neither have they denied it. On 22nd April 2025, Kaitlyn spoke to People magazine reporter during the Disney Entertainment Television’s Get Real Event. She said:

“Honestly, I’ve been protecting my peace the most that I ever have in my life,”
“And that’s opened up some really beautiful doors for beautiful humans to enter, and I’m really happy where I’m at.”

She added:

“I’ve always been a little too comfortable speaking out about my whole life, so I am trying to reel it in, but I’m also trying to re-approach how I speak about things because in the past, I’ve learned really tough lessons and I’ve been selfish,”
“So now I try and speak my truth while also reflecting and holding myself accountable for things as well, because I do think that’s also part of vulnerability,”

Kaitlyn Bristowe’s relationship with Jason Tartick

Kaitlyn started a romantic relationship with Jason Tartick in January 2019. Jason had participated in the 16th season of The Bachelorette when Becca Kufrin was the lead lady.

Kaitlyn and Jason started staying together at a house in Nashville, TN. They also adopted two golden retrievers. The two also co-starred in some music videos.

In May 2021, Jason proposed to Kaitlyn and she said yes. This was on her podcast Off the Vine. Later, Kaitlyn told Entertainment Tonight:

“It was everything I could have asked for,”
“The words that came out of his mouth were insanely beautiful. We’ve never locked eyes like that in our lives. We were holding hands, so intense, and I was listening to his every word, but still blacked out.”

She continued:

But on 6th August 2023, the two posted a joint statement on their instagram. It read:

“After sharing the news with family and close friends first, and taking the time to properly process it ourselves, we are saddened with heavy hearts to share that we have decided to end our engagement,”
“We are thankful for all of you who gave us the time and space to process this life altering decision as there are many emotions and changes to navigate.”

But they revealed that their dogs, Ramen and Pinot would be looked after jointly. Subsequently, Kaitlyn came out as a bisexual on the podcast Out and About.

Kaitlyn Bristowe’s relationship with Shawn Booth

Kaitlyn had got engaged to Shawn Booth on the 11th Season finale of The Bachelorette show. However, after three years, they called off their engagement in November 2018. Their joint statement at that time said:

“After three incredible years, we have decided to go our separate ways. This difficult decision comes after thoughtful, respectful consideration. Even though we are parting as a couple, we’re very much committed to remaining friends. We have both evolved as people, which is taking us in different directions, but with the hope that we will continue to support each other in new ways,”

As regards the break-up, Kaitlyn had accepted that they both were vindictive. They were facing issues in this relationship.
