Kate Grace continued to improve her times on the track and eventually won the 2013 USA road mile championship first national title.

Additionally, Kate won the 2013 USA 1 Mile Road Championship Grand Blue Mile. Then, she ranked 4th in the 800 meters at the 2013 USA Outdoor Track and Field Champions.

Recently in January 2017, Grace earned a Nike sponsor and wore the Nike Kit for the first time in competition during the University of Washington Invitational.

There, she ran a personal best 4:22:93 Mile on 11 February 2017. In February 2018, the athlete raced to 4:30:08 second place behind teammate 4:30:05 winner Colleen Quigley in the Wanamaker Mile at Millrose Games.

Sadly, Kate Grace was not qualified for the Tokyo Olympics in July 2021. But she won the 800m Wanda Diamond League in Oslo and the Millicent Fawcett Mile in Gateshead.
