Luann was previously married to French aristocrat Alexandre De Lesseps but she was not his first wife, nor his second wife but his FOURTH wife, and still, the two of them couldn’t find love between them.

Moreover, Luann and Alexandre divorced because of Alexandre’s involvement in an affair with Ethiopian Princess Kemeria Abajobir Abajifar. They share two children namely Victoria and Noel.

End of another relationship

Then after staying single since 2009, there was news that Luann is getting married to Tom D’Agostino just last December i.e. in 2016. But this marriage didn’t last long. In October 2017, Luann announced via Twitter that the two of them are separating.

It seemed as if Tom wasn’t able to separate his past and present, resulting in this divorce.

However, the two of them still has some part in their heart that loved each other? Well the way the two of them talked about the divorce, it seemed like they were still “Deeply in Love”. Both of them wished each other happy life and revealed that they don’t have any regrets about their marriage.

While Tom referred to them as the people who were still in love but not together.

“I fell in love, got married quickly and am very sad that two people in love are not together. The publicized reasons for the divorce make for a great Reality TV storyline. I wish Luann much happiness and love.”

This seems such a sweet but heartbreaking story right from a movie, right? Well well, it is not as sweet as you think it is. As we all know about the reality show “The Real Housewives of New York” starring Luann. Firstly, Luann actually dated Tom just for six weeks before their marriage and other cast members were surely not happy about the marriage news.

Tom caught cheating on his wife

Most of them seemed to turn their heads from Tom. Bethenny, who was aware of Tom cheating on Luann requested Luann not to get married to him.

Later after several months of their marriage, Bethenny couldn’t take this anymore and revealed a picture of Tom kissing another woman as evidence.

Also, Tom was clearly not the “husband material” I would say. Actually, he was having some kind of complicated relationship with the other fellow star, Sonja Morgan. This was known to others after Sonja confessed that she had “Friends with Benefit” relationship with Tom.

Shocking slap

Did I talk about “the fight” between Luann and Tom? I guess not. This will make you even more confused. Actually, Luann and Tom have been in quite a big fight and it was not a private argument at all, they were in this state in public, in a restaurant.

The argument took such a turn that Luann even SLAPPED her husband IN PUBLIC. That’s right and I think that’s what he deserved after cheating on his wife and going after his exes.

But Luann was found denying the slap. She “just touched or tapped him for wanting his attention”. Then, why did she announce her split right after a week from the slapping evidence?

Overcome the pain

Ever since the news of the divorce, Luann has been seen spending more time with her friends and families. She is just enjoying her happy “married free” life.

Even her Instagram is full of pictures of family and her trips. Besides, according to Sonja Morgan, she has been dating quite often after her split from Tom. She took dating as her way to run away from her pain.
