Kylie Jenner claims that she does not edit any of her Instagram photos despite admitting to doing so in the past.

During Thursday’s episode of The Kardashians, the Kylie Cosmetics owner, 25, chatted with her sisters Khloe and Kourtney about how they influence today’s beauty standards.

The beauty mogul asked her elder sisters,

“I just feel like we have huge influence and like what are we doing with that power?”
“I just see so many young girls on the internet now fully editing [their pictures]. Like, the editing!”

“I went through that stage too. I feel like I’m in a better place. But other people can instill insecurities in you.”

In a confessional, Jenner revealed that while it is normal to have insecurities sometimes, she used to be very confident despite what others thought of her.

The mother of two said,

“I always loved myself. I still love myself. One of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was just this insecure child and I got so much surgery to change my whole face — which is false. I’ve only gotten fillers and I don’t want that to be part of my story.”

She later continued,

”Social media has been really interesting for me,”
“I think I’ve just heard every negative possible thing and rumor that anyone could say about me. The more it happens I think you just become stronger and just more numb to it.”

Kylie and Khloe opened up about what caused their insecurities

Khloe, unlike her baby sister, Kylie Jenner noted that she “accumulated” all of her “insecurities” from “society” and online trolls.

The Good American founder, 39, said in a confessional,

“I’ve been torn apart from the minute that I [went] on TV,”
“And then when I started changing my look … and there’s still people constantly bullying you it’s like, so which one is it? You didn’t like me then and you don’t like me now.”

While talking about the topic with her sisters, Khloe even brought up an old picture of herself which she told she looked as if she was wearing a fat suit.

She also made a shocking revelation that she would never have gotten a nose job had their momager, Kris Jenner not commented about it.

Kylie also said that her family’s comments about her ears made her really insecure as a young girl.

In fact, she only started to love them when she gave birth to her daughter, Stormi.

Kylie Jenner told her siblings,

“She has my ears and it made me realize how much I love them. Because I’m like, ‘Wow I’m insecure about my ears’ and I think my daughter is the most beautiful thing ever,”

Despite living in a world that seeks perfection, Kourtney, who is pregnant, revealed that she wants to give her kids “the freedom to express themselves and not put so much pressure on perfectionism.”

While the sisters now have a different perspective on photoshop and beauty standards, they all have faced accusations of heavily editing their photos for years.
