Larsa Pippen opens up about her split with Marcus Jordan.

The Real Housewives of Miami alum said during her appearance on Tuesday’s episode of iHeart’s Amy & T.J. podcast, “I am single, ready to mingle,”

She also clarified that she is not ready to date right now but soon.

The 49-year-old denied that her and Jordan’s 16-year age gap had anything to do with their split.

The Bravolebrity said,

“I just think we’re on a different journey, you know?”
“I feel like I have to be true to who I am, what I’m doing and what he’s doing, you know? I want him to be happy. He’s a great guy, but I just don’t feel like it’s for me.”

Pippen added that she has dated guys who were “way older” than the former basketball player and “way more immature.”

Doubling down her answer, Larsa said,

“I don’t think it’s the age,”
“I just think it’s where we are right now.”

The reality TV star said that she was out on her shooting for a show for two weeks when she realized the reality of her feelings for the son of NBA legend Michael Jordan.

She explained,

“I think when you’re alone, you kind of either miss the person or realize maybe you’re not my guy, and I feel like that made me realize that I don’t think he’s my guy,”

Pippen who shares four children with her ex-husband, Scottie Pippen, shared that she and Marcus are in very different places in their lives at the moment.

She added,

“My number one priority is my kids, my businesses, my show and being with someone I can grow with,”
“If I’m not growing with you, we kind of have to be at the same place in order to grow together. So, that’s kind of what I want.”

How is Pippen dealing with her split from Jordan?

Larsa admitted that she was not feeling good after the split. She said that breaking up in general is hard.

She noted,

“It’s hard to break up because you’re so used to living with the person. We had our podcast together, we worked together, I had him on ‘Housewives,’ and that was hard because we were used to being together all the time,”
“And when I went and shot this other show, I just realized that, Larsa, you’re OK, you’re fine.”

Despite their split, the exes remain on good terms.

The businesswoman admitted,

“We’re friends. We were friends for three years before we started dating. I feel like we’re going to be friends eventually,”
“Right now, I feel like, you know, we’re cool.”

Marcus and Larsa sparked romance rumors in September 2022. They went Instagram official in January 2023.

This February, they took a break but got back again a few days later.

Last week, it was confirmed that the two were no longer together. A source said at the time,

“Larsa really just wants to focus on herself. The relationship felt all-consuming,”
