The couple first met each other on the sets of TLC’s one of the hit TV shows, Little People, Big World. After their first meeting, they became close friends. According to some sources, Molly and Joel began dating each other in the early 2010s.

In the past few seasons, Molly has slowly faded from the focus on Little People, Big World. But, again, she gained attention due to her engagement and wedding.
