Lzzy Hale loved music since her early life. But she got into original music in 1997. In 1997, she co-founded the band, Halestorm with her drummer brother Arejay Hale. Initially, her father, Roger Hale used to play bass in the band.

Together, they released the EP, Don’t Mess with the Time Man in 1999. In 2001, the band released another EP, Breaking the Silence.

Later, in 2003, guitarist Joe Hottinger joined the band. Then in 2004, Josh Smith joined the band as a bassist. Afterward, they released another EP in 2006 named, One and Done.

Finally, on April 28, 2009, they launched their first studio self-titled album with Atlantic Records. The singles like It’s on You and I Get Off became a massive hits on this album.

Furthermore, they produced more EPs and studio albums. She released EP, Reanimate The Covers EP, and a studio album, The Strange Case of… in 2011 and 2012 respectively.

Her last recent studio album with the band is Into the Wild Life released in 2015. Some of her other EPs are “Hello, It’s Mz. Hyde” and “In the Live Room.”

Additionally, she also collaborates with other musical artists/groups like Lindsay Sterling, Alter Bridge, and others. Some of her other famous songs are I Miss the Misery, Here’s to the US, and so on.

Lzzy Hale appeared in several TV shows like The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Moreover, she also appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on July 21, 2010.

She performed the song, Familiar Taste of Poison in the show.
